Shipping/Delivery

  • We ship gift boxes across the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Processing and shipping time will be determined per order.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the box’s weight, size and destination.

    We’ll calculate the real-time shipping cost and include it in your proposal or final invoice.

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to submit address change requests once an order has shipped. Please carefully review the order confirmation email after placing your order, as we're happy to make any changes to the shipping address prior to shipment.

  • Yes, we offer multi-address shipping for corporate orders and larger gift-giving needs.

  • Yes, we offer local delivery for bulk orders within a certain radius of our location. Delivery fees may apply, and we’re happy to arrange specific delivery dates for events and corporate gifting.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

  • If there’s a problem with your delivery or your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Semi-custom and bulk custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

  • If your order has not yet entered production, you may cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible. However, once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Changes to an order may be possible but could extend the delivery timeline or incur additional fees.

  • To place a custom order, please start by filling out our Gifting Inquiry Form on our website. We’ll use this information to create a customized proposal based on your preferences, budget and event needs.

  • Absolutely! Our bulk custom gifts are custom-curated to suit your needs, with an emphasis on Kentucky-made products. If you have specific items, branding or customization requests, we can work with you to incorporate these.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the size and customization level of your order. On average, corporate orders take 4-8 weeks. For highly personalized orders or larger quantities, please allow additional time.

  • Yes, we provide tiered pricing for larger orders. Contact us directly with your order details to discuss volume discounts.

  • Yes! Every semi-custom gift comes with a complementary branded correspondence card and handwritten note.

    We also offer bulk custom options, including branded packaging materials and other add-ons to make your gift box memorable.

  • Yes, but don’t worry—it’s super manageable! For semi-custom gifts, the minimum is just 5 (perfect for small teams or groups). For bulk custom gifts, the minimum is 50, because big ideas deserve big batches!
