We ship gift boxes across the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We ship orders Wednesday through Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm EST. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days once your order has shipped.
For custom or bulk orders, processing and shipping time will be determined per order.

Shipping costs vary depending on the box’s weight, size and destination. While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional $9.99, except on orders over $100. (Use code FREESHIP)
For custom or bulk orders, we’ll calculate the real-time shipping cost and include it in your proposal or final invoice.

Unfortunately, we're unable to submit address change requests once an order has shipped. Please carefully review the order confirmation email after placing your order, as we're happy to make any changes to the shipping address prior to shipment.

Yes, we offer multi-address shipping for corporate orders and larger gift-giving needs.

Yes, we offer local delivery for bulk orders within a certain radius of our location. Delivery fees may apply, and we’re happy to arrange specific delivery dates for events and corporate gifting.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

If there’s a problem with your delivery or your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction.
Returns/Exchanges

Ready-to-ship, non-custom gift boxes can be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit. Please ensure the box is in its original condition and contact us to initiate the return process. Return shipping fees may apply.
Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

If your order has not yet entered production, you may cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible. However, once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Changes to an order may be possible but could extend the delivery timeline or incur additional fees.

While we make an effort to limit the availability of products that are prone to melting in warmer weather, items like chocolate and candles are still popular choices. Please be aware that if you choose to include items that may melt, it is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the condition of these items upon arrival and are unable to offer refunds for any melting issues during transit.
